At Integrated Dermatology of West Palm Beach, we strive to provide affordable healthcare options for all our patients. We are pleased to accept a variety of insurance plans to make your visits as convenient as possible. If your plan is not listed below, please contact us to confirm coverage or inquire about out-of-network benefits.

Please note that we are NOT a Medicaid provider, and WE ARE NOT in network with Medicaid Plans or any plans through Medicaid.

Registration:


⦁ After scheduling an appointment, you will receive a registration link from eDerm.⦁ Login with the patient’s last name and date of birth.⦁ If you didn’t receive the email, please check your Spam Folder. ⦁ If you still can’t find the email or can’t login, please call the office.New Patient Forms:If you are a new patient, you can find our New Patient Forms under the New Patient Forms tab on our website. Also, you can complete the forms online or, if you prefer, we can send you a link to fill them out from the comfort of your home.


If your insurance plan requires a referral to see a specialist, please contact our office. We will assist you in obtaining the necessary referral from your Primary Care Doctor before your visit.To request the referral, we will need the following information:

⦁ Reason for your visit ⦁ Your Primary Care Doctor’s Name
⦁ Your Primary Care Doctor’s Phone Number Our team is happy to help with this process and ensure everything is in place for your appointment.

No Insurance? No Problem! If you don’t have insurance, we are still happy to see you! We offer affordable payment options and are dedicated to making sure you receive the care you deserve. Please contact us to discuss self-pay rates or other options we can provide to help with your care.

Our online scheduler allows patients to self-schedule up to 90 days into the future. If you are an established patient, you should see a “welcome back!” notice appears after validating your name and date of birth. If you do not see this even though you have been a patient of the practice, please call the office after scheduling your appointment to verify your information, before filling out the registration form which will be e-mailed to you.

For Surgical or Cosmetic appointments, you will need to contact our office to schedule.
