Dr. Andrei Nesterovitch is an excellent dermatologist. Very dedicated and knowledgeable.

Dr Herne is amazing. My daughter had warts on her fingers that were persistent. We tried several different dermatologists and treatments to no avail. In one visit Dr Herne solved the issue and the warts were completely gone in a few weeks. She has also treated my 4 year old son successfully. She is brilliant.

I should mention their expertise with treating all my problems from Melanoma to minor skin irritations. I have not needed plastic surgery after removal of skin problems on my face because of the expertise. It is great to find all I need in one office.

My long-time dermatologist retired and sold the practice to these doctors. I visited with them with a minor hair line growth. This is a new practice that will not be around too long. Entering the room, the doctor came in, checked the spot, removed it and left the room, then tells me it will be checked. Horrible bedside manners and most importantly, most concerning is that he failed to check the rest of me for any irregular growth or skin problems, as my other doctor did at every visit. He walked out of the room. Staff at the front desk is almost impossible to reach. Their wait times on the phones is incredibly unrealistic. I have left messages, no call back. But they are quick to send the text messages when the bill comes due. I had to change to another doctor in the area who provide the service and met the expectations.

I have been Dr. Herne's patient for nearly 15 years and have undergone three Mohs surgeries (face), with the most recent being in July 2025. Not only does Dr. Herne have extensive training in Mohs and is board certified through the American College of Mohs Surgery, she is an artist in surgical wound repair. Even if I pointed out the three areas on my face where cancer was excised, one would be hard pressed to see any scars....she is that thorough, that careful, that meticulous, and that good!! Dr. Herne is professional, warm, compassionate, and takes the time to establish a positive and supportive rapport with her patients. (She also laughs at my silly jokes and comments.) Office staff are also very good, attentive, polite, helpful and professional. With absolutely no reservations, I recommend Dr. Herne to all who seek a dermatologist.
